Refined Interiors Digital Design service gives you the opportunity to work with our interior design team to create a space (or spaces) in your home that you love.  Since we are a boutique design company we offer a personal approach to digital design.  We work with our clients virtually to create a digital design plan for your space based on your personal style, needs for the room, measurements and budget - no matter where you live. 

This is the ideal service for you if:

  • You live outside of the Charlotte metro area but would love to work with Refined Interiors.
  • You live in the Charlotte metro area and want to work with Refined Interiors but aren’t ready to commit to our full-scale interior design service.
  • You love to shop online and create beautiful spaces in your home but you want the expertise & creativity of an interior designer to provide a design plan.


Our Digital Design service offers you personalized interior design from the comfort of your own home, including:

  • Initial design consultation meeting via Zoom.
  • Design Review meeting via Zoom to present the design board and furniture layout plan.
  • One (1) set of revisions in case any changes are needed.
  • One (1) final design board to show the overall design plan for your space (includes furniture, rugs, art, lighting, window treatments and throw pillows).
  • One (1) furniture layout plan (based on client provided measurements) with detailed furniture placement instructions.
  • One (1) set of direct purchasing links so you can make the design plan a reality.
  • Client Support - two week period following receipt of the final product to ask any follow-up questions via email.


We have a simple process for our Digital Design clients that helps everything run smoothly from start to finish:

  1. PROJECT QUESTIONNAIRE - You'll receive an email with a project questionnaire that helps us get to know all about your personal style and the space you'd like to redesign.
  2. WELCOME PACKET - After we receive your completed project questionnaire, you'll receive an email with a link to our Welcome Packet. This gives you step by step instructions for taking & submitting photos and measurements of your space, inspiration items and existing furniture pieces and paying your project invoice.
  3. DESIGN CONSULTATION ZOOM - Once we've received your photos & measurements we'll schedule your initial design consultation Zoom meeting. This meeting gives us the opportunity to review all of the information you've given us and let you ask any questions about the process before we get started.
  4. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT - Over the 2 weeks following our initial design consultation Zoom meeting we get to work designing a space unique to you.
  5. DESIGN REVIEW ZOOM - After the 2 week design phase, we'll schedule your Design Review Zoom meeting where we present the design board and furniture layout plan. You'll be able to ask questions and give feedback on the design.
  6. FINAL PRODUCT - Once the design board is finalized, we'll send you the final product - design board, furniture layout plan and purchasing list with links (check out a sample project). You also receive 2 weeks of client support after you receive the final product packet, so feel free to email us with any questions or if you run into any roadblocks while ordering.
